1. Privacy Policy
We collect the details you give us through our website forms and booking calendar: your name, email address, phone number, role, business name, website and any information you choose to share about your business.
We use this information to arrange and run your consultation, reply to your enquiries, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and, if you become a client, deliver our services. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and your consent for SMS messages.
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM and booking), Twilio (calls and SMS), Google Workspace, Zoom and Instantly (email). Some of these providers store data in the United States; where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal data.
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for client records as long as the law requires.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email Ismail@salescapeconnect.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Our website may use essential cookies and basic analytics to understand how the site is used.
2. SMS Terms
If you tick the SMS consent box on our forms, The Salescape will send you transactional text messages about your appointment or enquiry, such as booking confirmations and reminders.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email Ismail@salescapeconnect.co.uk.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
3. Terms of Service
These terms apply to anyone using our website and to clients who buy our services. A written proposal will set out the specific scope and price for each client; if it conflicts with these terms, the proposal takes priority.
Services: We provide consulting and the design, build and ongoing management of AI and automation systems for businesses.
Fees and payment: The setup fee is payable in full before work begins. The monthly retainer is billed monthly in advance. Fees are charged in GBP for UK clients and USD for US clients, as stated in your proposal. If a payment is more than 7 days late, we may pause the services until it is paid.
Minimum term and cancellation: Retainers have a minimum term of 3 months from the start date. After that, the agreement continues month to month and either party can cancel by giving 30 days’ written notice by email.
Refunds: The setup fee is refundable in full if you cancel in writing within 7 days of paying and before work has started. After that, the setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable for the month already billed.
Your responsibilities: You agree to give us the access and accurate information we need, and you remain responsible for your business’s compliance with the laws that apply to it, including patient or customer privacy rules and getting consent before your business contacts people by phone, SMS or email.
Third-party tools: Our systems run on third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, Twilio and Google, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes or fees set by those providers.
Ownership: You own your business data. We keep ownership of our own templates, methods and know-how, and you may use the systems we build for you while your account is in good standing.
Liability: We do not guarantee specific results, revenue or bookings. Our total liability to you under any agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown above.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
