We provide digital marketing services including (but not limited to):
Automations & AI marketing systems
Funnel and website building
AI receptionist (when applicable)
We will deliver the services purchased as agreed with the client.
A setup fee is payable upfront.
Ongoing services are billed on a monthly retainer basis, every 30 days.
Payments must be made on time.
No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed.
Clients may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ notice.
If cancelled, no further payments will be taken after the notice period.
Work already completed is non-refundable.
Our responsibility: to deliver the services purchased, using best practices and suitable solutions for the client’s business.
Client’s responsibility: to provide accurate information, required access (e.g. logins), and timely payment.
Both parties must comply with applicable laws, including data protection and marketing regulations.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided under the client’s agreement.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
